Anna Weber Anna Weber (1814–1888) was a Canadian fraktur artist and needleworker. Born to a Mennonite family in Pennsylvania, Weber emigrated to Ontario with her family in 1825. Her artwork was heavily influenced by Mennonite themes such as the Tree of Life.〔(【引用サイトリンク】publisher=Library & Archives Canada )〕 According to the ''Dictionary of Canadian Biography'', Weber was "the most original and prolific of Ontario's fraktur artists", which was particularly notable given the paucity of female fraktur artists. ==References==
